CastCodes Adds Feedback and Warp Migration Intake

Add clear CastCodes feedback path and track the Warp-to-CastCodes migration experience. The first product goal is a safe, explicit import path so users can move sessions and configuration without losing local work.

Update: the CastCodes rebrand and releases have shipped, but the explicit OpenCoven Feedback intake path and a verified Warp-to-CastCodes migration flow have not. The current public build still routes feedback to GitHub, so this remains Planned rather than being called complete. Current releases: https://github.com/OpenCoven/cast-codes/releases/latest
